**Job Description**
In this role, you will support the HR Business Partner and business leaders with data analysis, efficient management of HR processes, and execution of key programs related to employee integration, culture, and experience. This is a hands-on position that combines HR operations, strategic analysis, business support, and coordination of key initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making and continuously improve the employee environment in a global technology context.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. You should have experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR data analytics, compensation analysis, and business support. Experience using HR systems, HCM dashboards, and AI-based analytics tools is highly desirable. Ability to manage confidential information, proactively solve problems, and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders is essential.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, or administrative roles with an analytical focus
• Experience supporting onboarding, internal mobility, and HR operations processes
• Experience generating and analyzing HR reports, dashboards, key metrics, and survey feedback
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mid-level to advanced), and familiarity with HRIS/HCM and digital tools
• Exposure to HR analytics and user-level AI tools for insights and process automation
• Experience coordinating events, training programs, or cross-team business initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (intermediate to advanced)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics

Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología, Comunicación o áreas afines. Se valora experiencia en el uso de sistemas de información de RH, dashboards y herramientas de análisis basadas en inteligencia artificial. + Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, integrations, internal mobility, administrative follow-up, and lifestyle sessions logistics
+ Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and systems, ensuring timely and professional resolution
+ Act as an operational point of contact, collaborating with Facilities, Security, Finance, and global HR teams
+ Collect, process, and analyze data related to turnover, engagement, performance, compensation, and talent programs
+ Generate reports, dashboards, survey results, and documentation that support business and HRBP decision-making
+ Use digital tools and AI to automate analyses, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights for the business
+ Conduct compensation analysis and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, validating with local teams as needed
+ Support performance management processes and talent follow-up (e.g., PIP, promotions, internal movements, severance calculations)
+ Assist with organizational development and culture initiatives; plan and track leadership and training programs; analyze impact and recommend improvements
+ Coordinate integration programs, internal events, team-building activities, and internship timelines with cross-LOB collaboration
+ Ensure all activities are aligned with global HR policies and support business continuity for a diverse, distributed workforce
