Key ResponsibilitiesProvide HR data analytics support to the Senior Leadership TeamManage and maintain SOPs and SLA reportingProduce MI reporting for HR data auditsBuild HR dashboards and reports from scratchDeliver employee lifecycle reportingCoordinate and support SMCR processesLead headcount reporting and workforce metricsRespond to 1st and 2nd line HR queriesPrepare offer letters and employment contractsFacilitate new starter onboarding and induction arrangementsEnsure HR policies are cascaded and understood across the organisationAbout YouStrong HR operational background, ideally within regulated environmentsConfident working with data, MI reporting, dashboards, and Excel/HRIS toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailAble to work autonomously and within a collaborative HR teamWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to shape HR reporting frameworksExposure to senior stakeholdersA people‑centric culture with professional development opportunitiesChance to join a reputable financial services organisation at an exciting time of growth
