As a Vice President in the Applied AI/ML team, you will tackle exciting business challenges for JPMorgan’s Global HR organisation. You will lead a team dedicated to innovation, fostering a culture of accountability and growth within a global organization. Your role will involve strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on technical development to drive impactful global business initiatives.

 

Job responsibilities:

Serve as a local leader within our AI/ML team, driving innovation and fostering growth.Mentor and develop team members, promoting an inclusive environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set technical visions and execute strategic roadmaps.Manage AI/ML projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery.Design experiments, implement algorithms, and productionise scalable solutions.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent fields.Proven track record of managing AI/ML teams and developing production solutions.Strong programming skills in Python, including advanced concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data structures and algorithms.Hands-on experience in coding and solution design from scratch.Familiarity with data science platforms such as SageMaker and DataBricks.Strong people management and team-building skills.
