As a Support Specialist for HR Business Advisors in the HR Advisory Support Team, you will collaborate with HR Business Advisors to support their Business clients on a wide range of HR topics. You will leverage your analytical, quantitative, and technical skills to help create HR strategies that promote business results. This role provides the opportunity to manage multiple tasks, navigate a global matrix organization, and handle confidential information with care.
Job Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for reporting and data analysis, including people metrics scorecards and diversity metricsAnalyze and identify key people trends to shape the people agendaManage escalated HR operational inquiries with partner groupsCollaborate on the design and formatting of talent reviews and performance assessmentsProactively analyze and identify key diversity trends and actionsSupport and coordinate organizational design eventsAssist in the compensation planning processContribute to core projects and support key HR initiativesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
