As a HR Advisory Support Associate in the HR Advisory Team, you will collaborate with HR Business Advisors to support their Business clients on a wide range of HR topics. You will leverage your analytical, quantitative, and technical skills to help create HR strategies that promote business results. This role provides the opportunity to manage multiple tasks, navigate a global matrix organization, and handle confidential information with care. You will also provided guidance and advisory to Managers on HR processes and practice in  employees' related queries

 Job Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for reporting and data analysis; analyze and identify key people trends and actions to help shape the people agendaAdvise Managers on HR processes and practice with employee related queriesManage escalated HR operational inquiries with partner groupsCollaborate on the design and formatting of talent reviews and performance assessmentsSupport and coordinate organizational design eventsAssist in the compensation planning processContribute to core projects and support key HR initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Practice and knowledge of comprehensive people practices: goal setting, performance assessment, compensation, talent management, and workforce planningProficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills to leverage data for HR strategiesCritical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutionsAbility to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate across HR and BusinessProject management skills, including execution and process improvementAbility to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexibleComfort with handling large amounts of confidential informationStrong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in HR role in a global or matrix organizationFamiliarity with HR analytics tools and softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of industry-specific HR trends and practices
