Our client, a community-based organization, is seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HR Administrative Coordinator
**Location: Chester, VA**
**Pay Range:** $20 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Handle all incoming calls and inquiries, resolving issues and directing callers appropriately.
+ Schedule appointments, update calendars, and arrange meetings efficiently.
+ Prepare memos, invoices, reports, letters, and other correspondence while ensuring accuracy.
+ Maintain databases, filing systems, and office policies and procedures effectively.
+ Support clients, employees, and visitors while facilitating team training and development.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree
+ 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Effective communication skills with a professional demeanor.
+ Ability to work autonomously and recognize when to involve management in decision-making.
