**Human Resources Administrative Support** **Location:** Stafford, VA **Schedule:** Saturday–Wednesday, 11:00am–7:30pm **Pay Rate:** $24.00/hour **Contract Type:** Temporary to Hire **Role Overview:** Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized professional to support the HR functions for our client, a major distribution center located in Stafford, VA. This opportunity is designed for a candidate with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting a large, dynamic workforce. Apply today for immediate consideration! **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as a primary point of contact for telephone callers and visitors, providing information and redirecting inquiries as appropriate based on detailed knowledge of HR operations and company procedures. + Perform confidential administrative tasks, including preparing, proofreading, and assembling reports or proposals, and transcribing/distributing minutes for key meetings. + Maintain departmental records and prepare routine and ad hoc reports. + Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed. + Manage all incoming mail for management staff, drafting responses to routine correspondence and determining delegation to subordinate managers where appropriate. + Ensure effective follow-up on assignments delegated by management, monitoring status and completion. + Oversee the administrative filing system, including management of confidential information. + Process weekly payroll records. + Act as a central communication hub for associates, ensuring effective distribution of information and timely response to inquiries. + Operate and maintain office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, printers, and binding machines. + Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment. + Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
