General Responsibilities
• Supports employees on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures
• Collaborate with departmental managers to assess employment needs, and participate in recruiting efforts to identify, interview, hire and train qualified candidates
• Coordinate and update organization charts, employee files, employee information and locate/distribute any documents as needed
• Familiarity with employment, state, federal and local regulations
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
- Leads his/her own job, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of HR administration in Europe
- Responsible for the timely delivery of HR related administrative tasks e.g. creating legal documents, keeping HR systems up-to-date (Workday and T&A systems), creating reports
- Coordinates onboarding and termination actions
- Responsible for creation of purchase orders in Oracle and follow-up on invoice accuracy
- First point of contact to employees for HR Admin related questions
- Leads the communication to all stakeholders of HR processes in scope to ensure the smooth delivery of the service and solving of the open issues and improvement implementation
- Participates in respective projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of HR systems (Workday, T&A systems)
- Tracks and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Above 2 years of working experience in the support functions in the international companies preferably with Shared Services concept implemented.
• Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR Systems, e.g., SAP/Workday/PeopleSoft is preferred.
