Job Description:

   

HPE is seeking an AI Factory Solutions Portfolio Marketing Manager who will thrive in a dynamic environment, responsible for product and solutions marketing efforts for the HPE AI factory portfolio and AI factory at scale solutions. This role requires an experienced marketer who can:

Partner with the HPE product management and services teams to drive awareness and business growth through product and solutions launchesLead cross-functional efforts to support the expansion and acceptance of the AI factory portfolio. This includes but is not limited to determining product positioning, building marketing strategies and execution plans, writing product marketing deliverables, developing and delivering marketing and sales support materials, and identifying and capitalizing on market trends, particularly for enterprise and cloud service provider customers.Collaborate with campaigns and digital teams to plan and execute awareness, familiarity and intent activities within the HPE one campaign structureAct as an SME for the AI factory portfolio in speaking engagements, HPE Customer Innovation Centers, industry events and customer engagementsConduct research studies keeping the pulse of the industry as well as customer needs, perceptions and expectationsEngage industry analysts and research communities to shape HPE narratives and perceptionsRepresent HPE as a leader and first-rate partner among alliance partners, channel and customers

You will participate in understanding customer needs and the competitive landscape, articulating our unique differentiation, and positioning the AI factory portfolio to customers needing advanced AI infrastructure. You will partner across multiple marketing/comms functions, sales enablement and GTM/sales teams to define and help execute the marketing strategy while supporting various programs to meet revenue targets.

Success will be measured by the execution of the go-to-market strategy and plan, as well as measured growth of awareness and consideration across global theaters. You should be able to act as a functional manager within your area of expertise, however, management of other employees is not necessarily a primary job function. This is a teleworker role, open on location for the right candidate.

This is a global role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Researching and writing timely product marketing content including family guides, solution briefs, training and customer presentations, competitive compares, infographics, product and social videos, blogs and articles, white papers and other deliverables.Work with other teams to publish, train teams on, and promote deliverables.Developing deep understanding of the target audience by gathering insights about target personas, buyer needs and the purchase decision process.Evangelizing HPE’s AI factory solutions portfolio and at-scale value proposition across direct and channel sales, events, and social media.Understanding and creating content to help sales win against competitorsDriving marketing strategy across sales, marketing and product.Guiding 360-degree marketing planning and updatesLeading cross-functional teams for program executionImproving processes affecting your solutions and cross-functional collaborators.Contributing to industry event demo strategy, support, and participationSpeaking at events, Customer Innovation Centers and customer briefings as neededLeading alliance partner programs and MDF budgets

Education and Experience Required:

College degree in Marketing/Business/TechnicalMBA or equivalent preferredAI marketing experience

Knowledge and Skills:

7+ years of product and solution marketing experience.Experience launching and promoting integrated systems with hardware, software and services preferred.Strategic planning and implementation with accountability.Budget planning and maintenanceStrong leadership, presentation and writing skills.Ability to translate jargon and complexity into creative, intuitive, and story-like marketing assets, programs and campaigns.Customer-first mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence.Excellent project management skills with the ability to bring diverse people together to complete projects.Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, while being persistent to achieve the end-goalsDetail-oriented, well organized, efficient and optimizes time.Comfortable working with Agile software teams.Ability to prioritize and manage parallel deliverables.Empathetic to buyers, customers, users, and colleagues.Pride and ongoing interest in being a technologist, with motivation for continual learning and curiosity.
