It requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and familiarity with internal combustion engine parts, applications, and modification processes. The position also includes maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.ResponsibilitiesInspect returned engines and components for condition, damage, and reusabilityClean and wash raw materials and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipmentAssemble engine components and high-performance engine systems while ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry quality standards.Interpret and follow mechanical instructions, diagrams, and procedures to accurately build and modify internal combustion engine parts.Apply proper part applications and modification processes while utilizing personal tools and mechanical expertise.   QualificationsHigh School diploma or GEDEntry-level to moderate automotive or mechanical experience Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools safelyEagerness to learn reconditioning, repair, and assembly proceduresAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsProven experience in engine assembly with strong mechanical abilities and possession of necessary personal tools.Able to lift and maneuver engine parts and equipment as requiredDependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Benefits and PerksPay rate starting at $18-20/hr (flexible depending on experience)Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceOngoing Training & Career Development Opportunities Your New Organization
