What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Houseperson. The ideal candidate helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel, supports room attendants, and contributes to a positive guest experience through attentiveness and care.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all public areas, including guest room corridors, offices, elevators, stairwells, and other areas as needed.

Assist room attendants with guest room tasks, including stripping and replacing linen, replenishing amenities, glassware, towels, and other requested items.

Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of each shift to collect trash, soiled linen, and other items. Dispose of waste in designated areas.

Receive, store, and organize housekeeping supplies and department shipments; maintain clean and orderly storerooms.

Engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive experience.

Follow department standard operating procedures for all cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Able to carry and move items weighing up to 50 - 100 pounds.Must be able to bend, twist, lift, and stand for the shift worked.
