Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise full time, temp, and part time Housekeeping staff and operatorsDistribute daily worksheets through AdventNet and ensures all duties are completed as assignedCheck emails throughout the dayReport broken or malfunctioning equipment, furniture, etc.Maintain appropriate inventory for staff to complete duties assignedTrain staff to ensure all are aware of how/when to complete duties assignedTrain staff on proper cleaning and safety protocols ensuring all housekeeping activities are in compliance with ASM policiesWalk/tour the Facilities to ensure cleanliness, inside and outsideProvide feedback to management on duties not completedProvide recommendations to management if disciplinary actions are necessaryAssist Lead on Duty (LOD) during eventsEnsure equipment is set and ready for eventsInspect and monitor assigned level(s) dailyWalk daily to ensure assigned full time staff, part time staff, and operators are productiveAssist with the supervision of all full time staff, part time staff, and operators even when assigned to other areasMaintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping clock-in, storage, and break areasAssist with updating event cleaning and disinfecting logsAssist with pre-event walk-throughs to ensure readiness for eventsProvide daily reports to the Housekeeping Management teamAssist with the preparation of Event Folders for eventsAssist with staffing part time staff for events, event set-ups, and post-event detail through the ABI staffing programAssist with staffing Temp staff for events, event set-ups, and post-event detailAssist with creating deployment sheets for eventsAll other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience        

High School diploma or equivalent2-3 years in a Supervisory position3-5 years experience in a related field
