The Hyatt Place Santa Cruz is looking to fill housekeeping department positions.
The Housekeeping Room Attendant ensures hotel and guestroom cleanliness is maintained to highest standard.
Duties include:
Clean, dust, polish and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards.
Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling.
Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo.
Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and get ready for the next day, before your shift ends each day.
Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
Room Attendants/Housekeeping Hosts contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence.

Responsabilidades y Deberes
Limpiar, quitar el polvo, pulir y aspirar para asegurar que las habitaciones y los baños cumplan con los estándares del hotel.
Cambiar la ropa de cama, hacer las camas y dejar el baño impecable.
Reabastecer todos los suministros de las habitaciones, como jabón y shampoo.
Organizar el clóset de ropa blanca, reabastecer el carrito y dejar todo listo para el siguiente día antes de terminar cada turno.
Saludar a los huéspedes que encuentre durante su turno con una sonrisa amable.
Los/las Asistentes de Habitaciones / Personal de Limpieza contribuyen al compromiso del hotel con un servicio al huésped de alta calidad y el trabajo en equipo, y deben ser personas que valoren altos estándares de excelencia.
