Housekeeping Manager - Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking to welcome a Housekeeping Manager to join the team! 

This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! Our 10+ team members report to the Director of Housekeeping.

The ideal candidate holds at least 1+ years experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within hotels at a similar sized property. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. Ability to work the required shifts. 

Shift Pattern: Full availability 3:30PM-12AM (Weekdays, weekends, holiday as needed)

What will I be doing?

This person would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Manage daily Housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference roomsEnsure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient mannerManage daily systems use and management, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitationAssist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and rewardOversee and conduct room inspectionsRecruit, interview and train team members
