Overview: Insight Global's client is seeking a housekeeping manager to manage all environmental services operations for one of their hospital facility locations in Pearisburg, VA. Managing the environmental services team includes strategic planning, daily operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff leadership.
Responsibilities: Directs housekeeping and cleaning operations in clinical and non‑clinical areas• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards• Leads staffing, hiring, evaluations, coaching, and development• Establishes performance goals, scorecards, and improvement projects• Resolves customer service and quality concerns• Develops and manages budgets to ensure cost‑efficient operations• Oversees schedules, assignments, inspections, equipment, and supplies• Models service excellence and adherence to organizational values

Skills and Requirements
• Large facility housekeeping/environmental servicecs background
• Preferred knowledge of Green Seal–certified cleaning products
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, analytical, and HR management skills
• Proficiency of following platforms (or something similar):
Microsoft teams, UKG (or payroll system for timesheets/pto tracking), Teletracking (or any program that tracks patient beds & discharge), & Microsoft Office
• Must have Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience
