Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the successful pre-opening and launch of Hyatt Place AlUla, delivering exceptional cleanliness standards, operational excellence, and a caring experience for both guests and colleagues.

This role is ideal for a leader who leads with care, inspires teams, drives sustainability initiatives, and consistently achieves top cleanliness scores while maintaining strong commercial discipline.

Lead pre-opening housekeeping setup, systems, and brand standardsDeliver outstanding cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance across all areasImplement sustainability and environmental initiatives, including efficient use of linen, chemicals, water, and energyDrive productivity, cost control, and revenue-supporting initiativesCoach, develop, and inspire a high-performing housekeeping teamPartner closely with Rooms and Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
