The cleanliness of a hotel is a key factor in guest satisfaction, repeat business, and positive recommendations. As a result, the Housekeeping Manager plays a critical leadership role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented leader to manage and inspire our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is committed to excellence, leads by example, and ensures guest rooms and public areas are prepared with care, consistency, and efficiency to create an exceptional guest experience.
The Housekeeping Manager is truly the “Heart of the House,” overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring that quality standards are met at all times. A strong housekeeping leadership team can elevate a guest’s stay from good to outstanding.

Your Role:
Lead and supervise housekeepers and housepersons, including scheduling, training, and daily task assignments.Coordinate room status and housekeeping updates with the Front Desk via the property management system.Inspect guest rooms, public areas, linen closets, and storage areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality standards.Address guest concerns related to housekeeping services and manage lost-and-found procedures.Monitor and maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and keys; place orders as needed.Report maintenance and repair needs to the appropriate departments.Ensure staffing levels match hotel occupancy and operational demands.Conduct pre-shift meetings, provide ongoing coaching, and deliver performance feedback to staff.Assist with room cleaning and laundry operations when necessary.Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.Oversee all supervisory responsibilities for hourly Housekeeping employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, discipline, and issue resolution in line with company policies and applicable laws.Qualifications:
Minimum of three years in housekeeping supervisory role.College degree preferred.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, supervisors, and fellow employees.Ability to work in a fast-paced settingStrong leadership with a hands-on, people-first approachAbility to analyze routine data and make sound judgments related to inspections, cleaning standards, and staff supervision.Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.Frequent use of hands, arms, and fingers.Requires walking, standing, sitting, crouching, and kneeling.Flexibility with schedule based on the business needs.What are we looking for?
