ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned facility spaces
Clean and disinfect floors, furniture, beds, and bathrooms according to established procedures
Assist with room turnovers by safely moving resident belongings and preparing rooms after discharge or transfer
Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and refuse to prevent health or safety hazards
Follow infection control standards and proper cleaning techniques
Store cleaning compounds and hazardous materials safely and appropriately
Adhere to all safety procedures, including fire safety and hazard awareness
Support a safe, sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Qualifications Minimum 16 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredCustodial, janitorial, housekeeping and/or laundry experience preferred
*Individuals under 18 years of age must be excluded from the usage of dangerous equipment such as: compactors.
This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
