Perform home management tasks per the Housekeeping Plan of Care, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry and kitchen clean up; report any noted unsafe environmental conditions or changes in the patient's physical or mental behavior to the supervisor + Communication. Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity and self-worth of all participants, family members and co-workers at all times + Documentation. Complete and submit activity sheets timely, neatly and accurately in accordance with documentation expectations EDUCATION: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
