Housekeepers: 

Our Housekeepers ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, guests, and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to established standardsPerform laundry services as neededKeep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and stockedMaintain housekeeping equipment in safe and proper working orderProvide courteous and professional customer service to residents and guestsComplete other duties as assigned by leadership

What you need to succeed:

Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hireHigh School diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in a senior living or hospitality environment preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude, dependability, and ability to work as part of a teamCPR and First Aid certification may be required per local/state guidelinesMust successfully pass background and drug screening; additional pre-employment requirements (TB test, fingerprinting, physical) may apply
