Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase room revenue, group bookings, and event sales
· Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts
· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
· Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals in line with hotel policies
· Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients and event planners
· Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
· Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
· Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required
· Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM and PMS systems
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
· Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a related role
· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
· Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
· Proficiency in CRM systems, hotel PMS, and Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of local market dynamics and hospitality trends
Work Environment
· Combination of office-based work and on-site client meetings
· May require evenings, weekends, and travel for events or client entertainment
