Exceptional communication skills, maturity in the delivery of message and approach is critical. Equally important is timing, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Transparency is key to creating trust and building lasting relationships.

Decisive leader who is can make a fact-based decision and effectively communicate this to the Asset Management team when needed. 

High visibility within all operational areas – strong floor presence and interactions with our colleagues. Ability to have hands on approach

Conversational Spanish is required, and the ability to read and write(basic).

Capacity to yield top and bottom-line results, think like an owner is key to success

Strong understanding of Restaurant and Rooms operating budget. Forecasting and labor management is critical

Ability to effectively use programming to maximize guest ancillary spend

The ability to react and adjust to a changing business environment and lead the team in ensuring efficient financial management of the business
