Overview Position: Hotel Maintenance Technician Location: Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Downtown About Us: At the Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Downtown, we’re committed to providing outstanding guest experiences in a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you’re a detail-oriented problem-solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you. Qualifications **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. - Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $18.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
