Front Desk Ambassador – Harrah’s Laughlin

Must be 18 years of age or older

We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Front Desk Ambassador to welcome guests, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering our signature Family‑Style Service.

What You’ll Do

Greet guests warmly and determine reservation statusSearch reservation systems, print registration forms, verify identification, and obtain signaturesFile and retrieve registration forms during check‑in and check‑outPrepare room keys and assign rooms based on guest needs and preferencesAssist with billing inquiries, adjustments, and refundsBlock rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departmentsPerform additional duties as assigned to support front‑of‑house operationsMaintain availability for scheduled shiftsDeliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalentOne or more years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guestsAbility to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondenceBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
