ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Greet guests and residents warmly and professionally

Provide information on local attractions, dining, transportation, and events

Assist with reservations, directions, and special requests

Coordinate services such as transportation, deliveries, and maintenance requests

Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk or lobby area

Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously

Communicate effectively with management and other departments

Uphold property policies, safety standards, and confidentiality

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with local area amenities and services (or willingness to learn)

Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservations software

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must have the ability to communicate in English.  Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests.  Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
