Job Description
Join our team in a dynamic production environment that specializes in food products. As part of the production line, you will play an essential role in the boxing, stacking, loading, and unloading of products, ensuring they are ready for the next stage of processing.
Responsibilities
Work on production lines, boxing and stacking products.Load and unload products into machines.Palletize products and wrap them securely.Handle boxes weighing between 15-20 pounds.Open boxes with empty glass bottles and feed them into production machines.Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the day.Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Essential Skills
Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.Capable of standing for shifts ranging from 10-12 hours.Teamwork skills for effective collaboration on production lines.Experience in high-speed production line environments.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with warehouse operations and general labor.Familiarity with pallet jacks and packing processes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a bustling production environment with varying temperatures—cool in the winter and warm in the summer. Be prepared to work near machines that emit heat and in a setting with strong food-related aromas. Shifts last 10 to 12 hours, and you must be comfortable standing for long periods. Safety gear, such as gloves, hair nets, and ear plugs, is provided, but bring your own steel-toe boots. Temporary workers wear royal blue shirts, with two provided at the start. The facility accommodates a diverse team, with many employees speaking Spanish or Haitian Creole. A break room with microwaves and vending machines is available, and each employee receives a locker for personal belongings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
