Job Description Hostlers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Hostlers are responsible for working closely with warehouse operations to move and load trailers around the warehouse. Although you will start out as a Hostler for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:Moving trailers from lot to dock doors and back to lot as directedWork with supervisor to move raw material loads to doors as neededInstall and remove trailer stands as necessaryStage pallet and load into truck when readyMaintain proper housekeeping and sanitation as neededWe operate 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this kind of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift moving product around.
