Knowledge of reservation systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and basic computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism-related certification/diploma preferredFormal training in customer service, food beverage, or hospitality management is an advantagePrevious experience (1–2 years) in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environmentStrong communication skills in English; additional languages are highly valued in international 5-star settings
