Senior On-Site Service Specialist, Hospitality
Summary: Step into a key role as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, Hospitality, where you will elevate the client experience through exceptional service, seamless event support, and polished workplace operations. You will be the driving force behind high‑quality food and beverage service, conference room coordination, and day‑to‑day office upkeep. From preparing meeting spaces to managing hospitality inventory and greeting guests, you will ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination, setup, and breakdown of conference rooms, events, and client meetings, ensuring all spaces are prepared to the highest standard.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality service, including food and beverage preparation, replenishment, and presentation for meetings, events, and office gatherings.
• Maintain kitchens, pantries, and break areas by cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and ensuring hygienic food‑handling practices.
• Greet clients and guests, manage the hospitality calendar, and provide a polished, welcoming experience.
• Conduct regular conference room sweeps to adjust chairs, wipe down tables, restock supplies, and maintain overall room readiness.
• Assemble and arrange meeting equipment such as flip charts, whiteboards, podiums, and divider walls.
• Monitor and manage inventory for food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and conference room materials, including placing orders as needed.
• Support general office maintenance tasks such as trash removal, light cleaning, and restocking restrooms and common areas.
• Assist with clerical, mailroom, copy center, or reception duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train team members on hospitality procedures, service standards, and event setup expectations.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and service protocols to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
Qualifications Must Have:
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years of hospitality, facilities, or office services experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using office equipment.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport items such as furniture, supplies, and equipment (up to 75 lbs).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform hands‑on physical tasks.
Qualifications Nice to Have:
• Experience in corporate hospitality, event services, or facilities support.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygienic handling procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with required insurance coverage.
• Experience training or mentoring team members.
