Hospital Security Officer – Full-Time & Part-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and professional Hospital Security Officers to support a healthcare environment. In this role, you will help ensure the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and property while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol hospital grounds, units, and entrancesProvide assistance and directions to patients, visitors, and staffRespond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergency situationsEnforce hospital policies and maintain a safe environmentComplete incident reports and maintain detailed activity logsWork collaboratively with hospital teams and, when necessary, law enforcement

Requirements

Availability to work 2nd shift or overnight schedulesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to remain calm, professional, and composed in stressful situationsMust be dependable and customer-service orientedPrevious security experience is helpful but not requiredTraining provided for all new hires
