Education and Experience
Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program
Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred.
Certification and Licensure
Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program
Wisconsin/Illinois license
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains a professionally operating pharmacy and conducts self as a role model .Staff primarily as a hospital pharmacist but may be required to work in other functions of the pharmacy operations in support of the department.Is an expert hospital pharmacist who relies on skills of comprehensive knowledge and experience.Provides staff development and education in area of hospital pharmacy.Participates in formulating pharmacy policies and procedures in the provision of pharmaceutical care.Maintains practice by ongoing professional literature review, continuing education and self-evaluation.Maintains oversight of partner training, adherence to annual education and certification requirements.Collaborates with manager on oversight of daily operations.Assists with partner performance appraisal.Facilitates problem resolution.
