Hospice RN Director Patient Services

Location: Alexandria VA Area

Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical operations Supervise nurses and clinical supervisors. Ensure patients receive proper, timely care. Help plan and coordinate patient services and referrals. Review staffing needs and patient census. Maintain accurate clinical records. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CHAP standards. Support budgeting, policies, and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Active RN license (BSN preferred). At least 3 years of clinical experience, including 1 year in home health or hospice. Prior management or supervisory experience (2+ years preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of hospice care, pain management, and end-of-life support. Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
