Priority Honda Roanoke, proudly part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to keep our busy dealership running smoothly. What You’ll Do:

Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders

Accurately source, locate, and distribute automotive parts

Maintain and organize inventory

Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and by phone

Collaborate with the service team to keep repairs on track

What We’re Looking For:

Prior automotive or parts experience preferred (but not required)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
