**In this role, you will:**
+ Support pipeline oversight and file assignment by partnering with Lending Operations Managers to ensure consistent customer experience and operational efficiency
+ Apply knowledge of lending systems and procedures to guide team members and resolve routine and low to moderately complex issues
+ Present recommendations for process improvements and assist in performance and risk data analysis, identifying trends as well as contributing to root cause analysis
+ Participate in special projects and reporting efforts while exercising some independent judgement, including daily reporting, audit support, and underwriter test casing processes.
+ Provide information, input and feedback to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders to enhance team performance and functional area deliverables
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of loan processing, closing, or underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ CORE experience
+ VP of Loan Documentation
+ Notary
+ Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
+ Demonstrated project management skills
+ Demonstrated procedure writing skills
**Job Expectations:**
+ Onsite 100% for, at least, the first 30-45 days, hybrid schedule thereafter.
**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$27.88 - $41.83
