Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

3+ years’ experience working in an analytical roleBS degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or similar STEM disciplineExperience using statistical programming languages (Python) to manipulate data, draw insights, and build prototype solutionsStrong storytelling capabilitiesAdept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences at various levels of the business

Master’s DegreeFunctional industry experience in finance, operations, sales, marketing, or credit/riskKnowledge of the mortgage industry
