You’ll coordinate schedules, support patient workflows, and partner with clinical leaders to keep care seamless and timely. At Elara Caring, we serve more than 65,000 patients nationwide, and every visit starts with strong scheduling behind the scenes. **Why You’ll Love This Role** • Collaborative, team-focused environment • Make a meaningful impact on patient care behind the scenes • Competitive compensation • Tuition reimbursement for full-time employees • Free continuing education for all staff • Growth and advancement opportunities • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with employer match • Paid time off and paid holidays • Family and pet bereavement • Pet insurance **What You’ll Do** • Assign licensed and unlicensed staff to patient visits • Complete patient schedules per physician orders • Schedule visits related to New Verbal Order events • Verify and manage events including Start of Care, Recertification, Add-On Evaluations, Discharge, End of Episode, Follow-Up, Resumption of Care, and Transfers • Process visit changes including Declined, Missed, Reassigned, Rescheduled, and Time Changes • Manage Reauthorization events when visit thresholds are reached • Update schedules for intra-agency branch transfers • Complete workflow tasks within required timeframes • Print weekly schedules as assigned • Support additional branches as needed **What We’re Looking For** • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred • 1+ year of practical experience • Home health scheduling experience preferred • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities • Comfort making decisions and knowing when to escalate • Proficiency or ability to learn systems like Homecare Homebase and Workday • Understanding of scheduling impact on productivity and financial performance • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred If you enjoy problem-solving, supporting clinicians, and keeping care on track, this could be your next step. _We value the unique skills of veterans and military spouses.
