Job Description · Assigned to specific zip codes and partnered with one Nurse Practitioner, covering a broad geographic area. (Northside OR Westside)  · Responsible for reconciliation tasks and conducting patient screenings.  · Assist the Nurse Practitioner with any required orders.  · Will eventually be responsible for drawing blood and transporting samples to the lab.  · Service area includes the 32210 region and Green Cove.  · Will interact with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families, some of whom may have dementia or other health concerns.  · Expected to schedule and complete five patient visits per day.  · Schedule 5 visits a day We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Must-Haves:  · CMA certification  · Ability to multitask  · Strong work ethic  · High school diploma/GED  · 2+ years of experience as MA  · Strong time management & administrative abilities  · Must be comfortable in a high-volume office setting  · Must be comfortable seeing 15 patients per day, 15-30 min appointment times  · BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross  · Dependability, attendance  · Must be willing to provide documentation or obtain vaccinations included below:   ○ Hep B, TB, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Flu (seasonal), MMR vaccine, Drug screen including THC required  • Comfortable with a level 2 background screen  • Dependable transportation and active  • Comfortable going into patients homes No significant pet allergies Plusses:  · Phlebotomy  · Home healthcare or EMT experience
