About the Role As a DSP, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals reach their goals and enjoy life to the fullest. Your responsibilities will include: + Assisting with daily living needs such as showers, eating, and medication management + Supporting behavioral, social, and vocational development + Providing companionship and recreational engagement + Documenting progress and following treatment plans + Working independently in home and community settings Client Snapshot Our client lives at home with her sister, grandmother, and nephew, along with one dog and one cat. She has a seizure disorder and requires full supervision. She is non-verbal but generally happy and engaging. Mobility support is needed, including lifting and wheelchair transport.
