Designed by internationally acclaimed Hirsch Bedner Associates, every detail reflects sophistication, innovation, and a true sense of place.   At InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, we pride ourselves on a culture of excellence that celebrates people, nurtures growth, and delivers authentic service. Here, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact while working in a setting that embodies the best of Bellevue’s luxury landscape.   Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Fridays and Saturdays   As the Overnight Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted resource for our residents. You’ll ensure they feel at home by providing outstanding service and assisting with a variety of needs. Every night will bring new experiences, but your main responsibilities will include: - Warm Welcome & Resident Support: Greet residents with a friendly, professional demeanor. Assist with inquiries about local attractions, transportation, dining, and services. - Seamless Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide timely, accurate information. - Resident Services & Assistance: Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities. Assist with service requests, such as medical referrals, childcare, and florists. - Package & Delivery Coordination: Assist residents with food and beverage deliveries and ensure secure handling of packages. - Complaint Resolution: Address concerns with professionalism, conducting thorough research to find the best solutions. Stay calm and composed, even during high-pressure situations. - Safety & Security: Work closely with Security to monitor the lobby, maintain a vigilant presence, and ensure a safe environment. - Maintain Standards: Follow HOA and Pyramid Hotel Group guidelines for professional conduct, grooming, and attendance.
