Job Description
The Test Technician is responsible for the production of high-quality medical device hardware and systems. This includes detailed assembly and testing of various electronic components and finished devices in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly of electromechanical subassemblies and devices.Handle and maneuver small components and parts.Test electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment.Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices.Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes.Maintain accurate records to ensure Device History Records (DHR) and quality documents are precise, ensuring traceability and addressing quality issues.Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.Prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs.Represent the company positively during tours by demonstrating techniques and sharing information.Support all company initiatives related to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and company policies.Essential Skills
0-2 years of experience with electronic assembly and testing, preferably in the medical device industry.Experience in troubleshooting equipment and building or testing electronic assemblies.Experience in GMP, ISO, and FDA-controlled environments preferred.Ability to work both within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.Strong organizational and follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance and work scheduled overtime as required.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work in a controlled manufacturing environment without the need for clean room attire or gowning. The regular shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the potential for weekly overtime as required.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
