**General Production Workers!!!** **1st shift Pay: $20/hr** **ROCKFORD,MN** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you'll be part of an exciting new line operation that is larger in scale compared to previous roles. You will engage in various tasks across three primary areas, contributing to a fast-paced production environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble boxes for canisters, insert canisters into boxes, and label boxes at the front of the line. + Operate the filling station by clamping hoses onto tanks, initiating the automatic filling process, and moving boxes down the line. + Prepare products for shipment by kitting with the correct hoses and fittings, printing labels, taping boxes shut, palletizing products, and using a vacuum lift for transportation to the wrapping machine. + Rotate through positions and lift up to 50lbs as required. **Essential Skills** + Machine Operation + Manufacturing + Assembly + Production Line Management + Chemical Manufacturing **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No experience needed, though 2+ months of recent or manufacturing experience is preferred. + High School diploma required. + Strong communication skills. + Ability to follow written work instructions. + References must demonstrate strong attendance. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy easy work with 104 hours of PTO once off contract, along with solid benefits that enhance your work-life balance. **Work Environment** Experience a small, friendly, and close-knit team environment with 15 members.
