The Hiring Manager primary responsibility is to recruit high quality caregivers, onboard and train them. Mentoring caregivers after onboarding is a secondary responsibility.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; CNA in good standing with 2 years of experience required

Qualifications:  Track record in recruiting needed. Having worked as a caregiver and as a CNA a must. training and mentoring caregivers required. Must be a good problem solver and able to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be well-organized and have good attention to detail.  

Reports to: Agency Director

Primary Duties:

Recruits and onboards several caregivers every week Provides orientation and training to new caregivers Keep all caregivers file up to date and in compliance  Handles/resolves caregiver issues, problems and scheduling changes Counsels caregivers regarding attendance or performance issues Matches appropriate caregivers to clients based on personality, availability, and skill set Makes sure that all cases are covered and arranges for substitute/back-up coverage as necessary. May occasionally cover a shift Other duties as may arise Participates in on-call rotation as needed. Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

FLSA Status: Hourly non-exempt  Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
