We are hiring General Laborers for a short-term project in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse. This role involves replacing inventory fabric and assembling metal workstations. Candidates should be physically capable, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesReplace old yellow fabric with new inventory fabricPerform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)Operate in a loud, fast-paced warehouse environmentCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goalsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety protocols and proceduresRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in general labor, construction, or productionSkilled in using hand and power tools (e.g., hammers, rivet guns, pallet jacks)Ability to read and use a tape measure accuratelyCapable of standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periodsComfortable with repetitive physical tasksPreferred QualificationsCarpentry or commercial assembly experienceFamiliarity with building metal workstations and shelving unitsReliable attendance and punctualitySafety-focused and team-orientedWork ScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PMMust be available from 6:00 AM–5:00 PM for potential overtimeOccasional weekend work may be requiredAdditional RequirementsDrug test requiredSteel-toe boots required (other PPE provided: hard hat, eyewear, gloves, vest, ear plugs)Safety orientation required on Day 1PPE must be worn at all times, including in parking areasWork EnvironmentClimate-controlled warehouseLoud and dynamic settingFast-paced and team-driven atmosphereSafety and collaboration are key priorities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
