About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic production team, specializing in the fabrication of stainless steel equipment for the food processing industry. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints to create custom solutions for our clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate stainless steel food processing equipment based on blueprints and specifications.Perform high-quality welds with precision and attention to detail.Customize food sorting equipment to meet specific customer requirements.Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Essential SkillsProficiency in all forms of GMAW welding.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.Comfortable working with both imperial and metric measurements.Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Additional QualificationsExperience with MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding.Skilled in stainless steel food-grade welding.Ability to fully understand and execute manufacturing drawings.Why Join Us?Permanent, full-time position with long-term stability.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Join a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and reliability.No foreseeable layoffs – a secure and supportive work environment.Work ScheduleSwing Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:45 PM – 2:25 AM.Initial training period on day shift for the first few months.Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends!Work EnvironmentTemperature-controlled manufacturing facility.Clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.
