Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of cargo logistics. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading cargo such as mail, express items, freight, and company materials on and off aircraft. You will also transport cargo between terminals and aircraft, facilitate ramp transfers, and handle the physical receipt and delivery of freight at designated docks. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing necessary documentation related to these processes.

ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload cargo from aircraft, pallets, and containers.Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft.Receive, deliver, and physically handle freight and company materials.Complete forms and messages necessary for cargo operations.Perform routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities as needed.Comply with site security procedures for warehouse operations.Build up cargo for outbound flights and break down cargo from import flights.Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo to and from semi-trucks.Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions, and documents during acceptance or delivery.Essential SkillsExperience in loading and unloading cargo.Material handling expertise.Valid driver's license.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read, write, and fluently speak English.Capacity to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.Effective communication skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role involves working in an open warehouse setting, requiring comfort with team collaboration and close supervision. Candidates must be willing to work in a high-noise level environment and be adaptable to shift changes every three months. Current shifts include 1 pm - 9:30 pm, and future shifts will range from 8 am - 7:30 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
