**Job Title: Shipping Specialist** **Job Description** The Shipping Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely packaging and shipment of orders. This position involves filling daily orders, processing paperwork related to shipping and receiving, organizing stocked areas, and loading trucks with orders. **Responsibilities** + Fill and package orders for shipment. + Process paperwork for shipping and receiving products. + Keep stocked areas organized and clean. + Load trucks with orders. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in forklift operation. + Experience with order filling and shipping. + Knowledge of Excel and SAP. + Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx. + Ability to perform cycle counting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in shipping and warehouse operations. + Capability to lift 10-20 lbs regularly and occasionally lift 50-75 lbs. + Flexibility to work overtime if needed. **Why Work Here?** Joining our team offers the potential for raises upon being hired, profit sharing for direct employees, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401k match, health insurance, an FSA, and tuition reimbursement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with some flexibility as needed. Employees are required to wear pants (no sweats or athletic wear), a short-sleeve shirt or longer, and steel-toed boots.
