In this role, you’ll be assembling electrical and mechanical components into high-quality finished products. If you enjoy working with tools, value precision, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you! **What You’ll Do** + Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and bills of materials. + Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools and equipment. + Perform hand soldering and use adhesives and chemicals as needed. + Operate computer systems for documentation and testing. + Conduct quality checks and electronic testing on final products. + Adapt to various manufacturing processes and cross-train in different departments. **What We’re Looking For** Required: + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Experience with small part assembly. + Comfortable using hand tools, soldering equipment, and torque wrenches. + Ability to read blueprints and work instructions. + Able to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
