**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our team in the assembly of industrial machines. This role involves using various tools to accurately assemble, solder, clean, inspect, and test products and subassemblies. You will follow all safety and quality procedures to meet high standards and participate in manufacturing process improvement teams. Responsibilities + Assemble industrial machines according to manual instructions. + Utilize tools for accurate assembly, soldering, cleaning, inspection, and testing of products and subassemblies. + Adhere to all safety procedures and practices. + Ensure compliance with quality procedures and meet quality standards. + Contribute to manufacturing area processes and suggest improvements. + Participate actively in manufacturing process improvement teams. + Document production records and statistics as instructed. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Essential Skills + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints and computer usage. + Mechanical assembly skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + Capability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. + Work independently and collaborate effectively as a team player. Parts are stocked in large racks at the center of the building. The industrial line manufactures larger riding units, while the commercial line assembles push and walk-behind units.
