Mechanical Assembler – Blaine & Anoka

What You’ll DoAssemble mechanical parts using a variety of hand and power toolsWork with components such as copper piping, rubber tubing, and other basic materialsFollow detailed work instructions and gradually take on more complex assembliesLearn valuable new skills including brazing, grinding, and other fabrication techniquesWork independently or as part of a supportive teamStay active throughout your shift in a clean, organized production environmentWhat We’re Looking ForSolid work history (at least 2 years per job)Ability to provide two manager referencesMinimum 1 year of mechanical assembly experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprintsComfortable using hand tools and power toolsAble to stand for the duration of your shiftShifts & Pay1st Shift (Mon–Fri): $20.00/hr2nd Shift (Mon–Fri): $22.00/hr3rd Shift (Sun–Thurs nights): $22.25/hrThese roles offer steady hours, hands‑on work, and the chance to build skills that last a lifetime.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
