Mechanical Assembler – No Interview Needed | Start Next Day

Overview

Join a hands‑on production team where no prior experience is required and you can start as soon as the next day. As a Mechanical Assembler in our modern Hugo facility, you’ll help build high‑quality structural components—including walls, floors, trusses, and stairs—using a variety of tools and equipment. You’ll work closely with a small team to meet daily production goals while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

Work in a clean, spacious, well‑lit, temperature‑controlled facility with structured safety programs and clear operating standards. You’ll collaborate in small teams and may rotate between different production buildings depending on the product being assembled. Required tools include a tape measure, tool belt, utility knife, and other basic equipment. Spanish‑speaking candidates are welcome, and language accommodations are available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
